ARDEX P 71 is a non-film forming primer used for the application of ARDEX K 301™ Exterior Self-Leveling Topping over absorbent concrete substrates. ARDEX P 71 is NOT for use with other ARDEX Americas Self-Leveling Underlayments.

Product Capabilities:

ARDEX P 71 is ready to use, simply broom onto prepared substrate and install ARDEX K 301 over it immediately without allowing the primer to dry.

Non-porous substrates such as burnished concrete, terrazzo, quarry and ceramic tile must be primed with ARDEX EP 2000™ with a sand broadcast before installing ARDEX K 301.
